Guns

Honestly I don't mind guns... Some people are responsible with them and either way you look at it they exist and as long as they do people will own them. Here's the thing... If you just ban or outlaw them then a majority of the only people to own them will be the bad guys. If someone is breaking laws already and willing to kill what is another law to them? In the end I support the right to own a gun legally so I can defend myself against the kind of ass hole that would walk into a theater and shoot a hundred people.
