I was listening to a horror Podcast and the host was talking about listening to some teenagers with the thought of them being the audience Hollywood is trying to appeal to in mind while watching the new Spider-man trailer. Here is how the conversation went between those kids:
Friend one: "I still don't get that guy"
Friend two Looks to friend one…
Friend two: "What do you mean?"
Friend one: "What about spider man one, two and three?"
Friend two: "No this is like number one over again"
Friend one looks to friend two and pauses for a second…
Friend one: "...That's gay"
This to me defines Hollywood perfectly… A bunch of no talents remaking everything with the impression the world is going to care and the audience they are catering too doesn’t even remotely give a shit. The sad part is they still throw away their money away on it and support these over inflated egos and cause these ass holes to think people actually care. Everything comes full circle huh?
