[NEWS] The Child to be a full length novel. 07/15/2012

I'm starting the production of a full length novel based on The Child. I'm thinking of new ways to bring this story to life turning this into a major indie production. I have a ton of work ahead of me and I will not be talking about any of it until I have it closer to a finished state. So I'll be pretty quiet for a while but once I have it written and start to put the finishing touches on it I will be releasing all kinds of info and such on it!
For now here is a little bit of concept art that won't really give away anything but some character design that isn't final:

If You Give a Pig a Badge...

It's stupid to argue that someone who is defending themselves against a law enforcement officer violating their civil rights is wasting time that could be used to defend other people. If this guy isn't defending one person why would he defend another? Giving some people a badge is like giving a child with Downs Syndrome a shiny sticker, no offense but you know when you give a slow kid a shiny sticker they walk around like they're the shit letting everyone know they're special and that's why they have a shiny sticker and you don't. Some cops do just that though “I have a shiny badge and that means I have rights over yours… See that’s why I have a badge and you don’t!” and they use scare tactics to intimidate people so they can abuse their position of power without any reaction. Then when some people film them defending their rights against these bad cops who are clearly breaking rules even they are obligated to follow, stupid people argue it’s just wasting their time and preventing them from helping others. Here’s my question though, if that cop wouldn’t defend the one guy would he defend another? The only time being wasted is the time that will be wasted in court trying to get rid of a bad officer or defending him against someone well in their rights simply trying to protect them and the society they are a part of, in some cases the court will waste time and money defending the citizen from a crappie cop that shouldn’t even have his job to begin with. I’d like to also mention I don’t dislike all cops but I do know some people in power don’t deserve their job and don’t deserve my respect any more than a jailed criminal.

You get something totally different when you give a good, well balanced, moral man a badge than when you give a pig a badge… You get a COP.

Point is you should always defend yourself and never give in to abuse no matter who it is from… That badge is meaningless unless the cop enforcing the law follows it himself. If the cop is breaking the law, then hold that man responsible all the same as you would those of us who don’t have a badge.

Quote

"Some people Would have you believe that you don't know what you're talking about to maintain a certain level of power over you... It's important you keep in mind truths rather than opinions."

Something on a topic you'll rarely hear me discuss or hear me discuss more from now on...

I need to get some stuff out and un-cloud my mind concerning some social topics that are frustrating me currently… This one is for me and is a look into a topic people seldom hear from me. So here it goes a social rant…

If a cop is unmercifully beating you for standing up for your constitutional rights at what point is it okay to fight back?

If a politician or other governmental entity wrongfully violates your constitutional rights or other freedoms to better him or enhance his personal gain at what point is it okay to fight back?

Look at where we all are in the world… How many people especially people I know very well know the constitution? How many people know all twenty seven subsequent amendments? How many people know what an un-ratified amendment is?  How many people know what the six un-ratified amendments out for review right now are? How many people know all of your own states laws? What about laws that apply to everyone in every state in this country? Now out of all those people how many of them have a strong political view or support a politician openly and freely run their mouth about politics even though they don’t have a true understanding of these things? Don’t get me wrong now; it’s cool if you blindly ramble on about things you don’t understand even when you cross the line and become unmoral and completely offensive without a leg to stand on… You see the first amendment allows you to do this and I am in support of that. This amendment entitles you to freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of press and allows you the right to assemble and protest your government. You know on subjects such as violating your rights as a human being much less an American. Just keep in mind Native American’s are NATIVE because they were kind of, here first, you know?

Regardless we’ve built a system that has kept us from living like some third world countries which is a wonderful thing… Just keep in mind media is run by corporations who would like to blind you from the truth due to the fact it may cause them to lose profit and you know, why do something unless it makes money right? Money is the key to success and happiness am I right? Point is some of these places aren’t anything like the bull shit your spoon fed every day. You’re not stupid for not knowing this so don’t get defensive and don’t let it hurt your ego; it isn’t your fault you don’t know this. The corporations wanted it that way as well as a mostly corrupt system being controlled by the same folks. If you’re still with me then things aren’t too far gone and you are officially learning at this point and you’re actually highly intelligent in this case, so stroke your ego a bit folks!

That in mind how many people do you think want you to continue to think the way you do and support the people you do to continue to profit from you? How many of them don’t want you to know what I just wrote? Guess what, everyone around you is mostly the same no matter what position of power they’re in… Time to be paranoid but not scared, see you should question everything and you should always be open minded and open to learning. Way I see it is no one person is smarter than anyone else… If you are open to learning and are able to seek out an answer to a question without anyone else’s help you are truly intelligent and have infinite knowledge if you think about it. No matter what, there is a way and a place to seek out the information you need and if you can properly do that on your own there is no limit to the knowledge you have access to. Then people like that lose the control they have over you. Seek truth and knowledge and never trust anyone more than you trust yourself and always stay self-sufficient and independent. It’s how I live my life and have come to learn living that way doesn’t mean you’ll have to be alone.

I believe everyone should seek out the most basic information and know the laws that apply to them and know their rights. Never trust anyone but yourself when it comes to the information you are given or plan to give out, do your research before you put yourself on the line for a political figure or anything or anyone else for that matter. Knowing when you’re in the wrong or not helps other situations to. When an authority figure is working outside of the law you will know it and can properly fight back also slowing down some of the other abuses of power going on in the world from bad cops. The more bad cops that are fired the more there are good cops patrolling the streets and the safer you will be. Know everyone’s background and verify it for yourself through proper research. Be open to constructive criticism, just because you’re misinformed or unaware does not mean you’re stupid. Someone may point out something you didn’t know that you would be well off knowing.  If you are wrong simply correct yourself and move on…

Be aware of whom you are supporting and what their views or beliefs are; your money could help support someone or something you don’t approve of. Spend your money wisely and responsibly on products, services, people, organizations and charity’s that use their money just as responsibly. The economy could pick up and our government could change to better support you if you support the folks that use the money to develop, advance and just in general support the growth and development of our society. Major corporations will move on to those things because they make the most money and in the long run we will be making the corrupt work to our advantage and better our society indirectly.

We also need to keep all other life in mind when we do things because we share this planet and its resources. Grow your own food and buy locally as it will support people who grow organic natural foods and will prevent companies who want to profit rather than feed from wanting to do the things they’re doing. You could stop sickness and other health issues from genetically modified foods. Those companies to will jump on the bandwagon and support the same things because it is what will make the most profit and will stop them from doing what they are doing.  Plus there is the potential of ending a ton of animal cruelty as the factories that make money injecting animals with hormones or miss treating them in their processes to provide better meats. Another thing these miss treated animals can cause you is stress… Stress hormones can be transferred in those meats and there is no question those animals are feeling stressed. No one intends to be or enjoys being stressed so why cause the feeling any more than life already does?

Now I don’t like the idea of killing and so forth but I am a meat eater and some animals do provide much needed things and in some cases hunting even benefits us as it prevents over population. But there is a humane way to do things and it doesn’t hurt to be the slightest bit appreciative of what the creature giving up its life is doing to help you and your family. All I’m saying is provide humane conditions in life, don’t be cruel, be respectful and get a good clean immediate kill. Always make sure to kill the creature as fast as you can and inflict as little pain or suffering as possible which ideally would be none at all. I know how some people feel about what I am saying here and I’m aware of some the arguments. I know it’s not pretty and I know it’s not ideal but this is how nature works. This is how life works… There is a food chain and it is in general how the world works. We aren’t the only creatures that live this way but we are the only ones that cause as much unneeded suffering in this aspect. Most other animals kill the food they are eating instantly. I’ve never seen a lion with a gazelle factory and torture thousands daily for profit though I have seen one eat the said gazelle to survive.

Another thing, is it really so hard to be tolerant of other peoples beliefs or views? You’re not the only asshole living on this dirt ball so there is always going to be at least one person who doesn’t see eye to eye with you. Marriage is a legal thing and not a religious thing for the majority so why is it going to hurt you if gay couples get married? Will it kill you? Why is it so hard to just look the other way and mind your own fucking business? A gay couple getting the same stupid legal rights as a train wreck straight couple isn’t going to cause you to lose anything and you have nothing to gain from preventing it. Same for adopting, a gay couple will raise a tolerant, accepting child and if the parents in question sucked they probably wouldn’t get through the adoption process anyway right? You’re just preventing a child in need from finding a loving and excepting family and if the child were to end up gay it would happen regardless of whether or not the parents were gay or straight. What about transgendered folks? We have the ability to make someone who is uncomfortable in their own skin and unhappy into the gender they identify with, and help them live a more fulfilling life. Why would it hurt you if that happened? If you are that intolerant of other people I wouldn’t worry about dating one accidently if that’s the case, doesn’t sound like you’re worth the time anyway… I mean really, god forbid we turn a boy into a girl or a girl into a boy but sucking out fat we gained being lazy instead of exercising is okay and unhealthily large boobs are okay! I really hate some of the people in this country’s views.

Give up the money and materiel possessions and just focus on being peaceful and happy… If it turns out this is the only life you get and there is no afterlife what was the point of all the crappy jobs and money in the end? You stressed and stressed over ridiculous views and people you could of ignored and let be and just sought out what really mattered to you and you spent your entire life time hoarding money and never spending it while bitching about work and being broke all the time. What sounds more rational to you?

Inspiration for the uninspired:

"If you never hold people accountable for their actions what right do you have to complain when those people continue to act the same way? If you continually reprimand someone opposite of someone who is doing something wrong for the same things or the things the wrong doer did themselves you probably shouldn't expect those people to back you up later. Especially if they tried early on and you blew them off."

"I know it's difficult having people talk about you behind your back constantly but just think of it like this, if they're talking about you, they're leaving someone else alone. You're doing a public service by being a unique individual that is obviously owning quite a bit of real estate in the small minds of those petty individuals. Don't let them own any in yours. " - Barb Hatfield

"Seek truth, trust no one, always fight back..."

 "Be paranoid but never scared..."

Always speak up for yourself and never let people get into your head and keep you from being yourself. Stay self sufficient and independent. If you are willing to put everything you've got to give into what you believe in and know is right you will find true happiness. Wealth isn't in money or material possessions... True wealth is in being the individual you desire to be or pretend to be. Find your niche and put all your time into it and aspire to have a successful career doing something you can apply to that niche. As long as you are living well enough you are comfortable and able to continue doing what you love what else could you need? Never give into jealousy or begrudge someone who has beaten you to such things, you will never gain anything especially friends. You may however gain enemy's...  Continue to do your own thing and ignore the people who do such things; think about it, people like that are spending to much time trying to do you wrong or whom ever is occupying their mind at the time to find any real success. They can pick and pick at you, get people to back them up, make people think about you what ever they want but it will never make them right. In the end the best pay back you can get is real success. Now get out there and do what makes you, YOU...

How blogs are going to work now...

I'm going to maintain a blog on my website and here on blogger... Everything on here will be re-posts of whatever is posted on my website but there will be posts there that will appear there only in some cases. I will pay most attention to the website probably. Art talk...

I think I very well may love every genre of music... I enjoy certain artists that perform certain genres just as much as other artists that perform completely different genres that is worlds apart. I think we should critique an artists work rather than the art itself. Might keep you from finding something you'd enjoy otherwise.

Actually this should be applied to all forms of art. Some things just mean different things to different people or effect people in a different way than you. Which really doesn't mean that enjoying a certain art makes you any different than anyone else. Everyone has different living experiences and was raised by different means and in different situations by different people who aren't exempt from that reality. So everyone should be inspired by different things and create in different ways. So maybe you can't relate to a certain artist but that doesn't mean all art that falls into said genre is bad nor does it mean the art itself is actually bad.

Any genre can be diverse. For example I adore Horror and most of my art reflects that but it's more so Fantasy I like over anything else. Horror can be very diverse and doesn't Immediately imply the art will have gore. Some is meant to thrill and some is meant to scare and yes some is meant to be Gorey. But I do see a lot of assumptions made being so heavily into one genre though (I would like to also point out I enjoy a ton of other forms of art and media). Most of the assumptions are that because one enjoys a Gorey movie that you also enjoy real life gore or inspire violence. I have to say I have been completely desensitized to violence in media, yet still dead body's creep me out and I am still easily disturbed by scenes of real life violence. Yet I've had a few people make these assumptions about me so I know they exist. But though a movie may have gore and so on, it could be against a certain idea as well as being informative. Touching on whether or not it inspires violence; this is usually in a case of adolescence or mental illness. It's up to parents to censor what there children see as well as being there to explain what they've seen when they do see it. Bad parenting is not the artists fault and your child is not their responsibility. As for mental illness this is also for the proper authorities or the family of the person(s) to handle. Besides, in this case it's just as likely for the person to act out just the same despite the fact. whether or not there was a violent movie to inspire the said person is irrelevant.

Anyway, just thinking out loud...

Also upon saying this if I have ever told you something like "I'm curious about what it might be like to kill someone" or something of the sort, it was sarcasm. I was messing with you because you made a rude and ignorant assumption because I watch movies. I don't condone real life violence or the likes and it disturbs me the issue even needs to be touched and it really does. But I'd like to point this out either way, I write, read and watch FICTION and over non-fiction. Saying that should end any assumption you have of me right off the bat.

Mushroomhead

So I was taken out to Ohio for the Mushroomhead Annual Halloween Show... It was really awesome. I saw Blue Felix live and had never seen them before (which is rather surprising).  Here check them out...

They were pretty awesome! We actually went to the Slaughter House Roadshow event the night before so we did get to see everyone twice. The first show was at the Alrosa and their lead singer Toxsick Tripp literally tore the roof down... Seriously he hung upside down from the rafters of the venue and accidentally tore down the roof! Anyway, they put on the best live show I've seen since... Well, Mushroomhead.  Plus Toxsick pulls off Thrift Store Chic better than anyone since the early 90's!

Then the bands always hang out at the merch counters at these shows so I got my little cousin closer to the bands. Here is us with Blue Felix, some of the nicest guys too! Go figure...

 Me with Toxsick Tripp...
Bandi with Toxsick and the X-hail...
And of course who doesn't get some merch and signatures when you meet a group you enjoy? Support the art!

Then we saw Psycostick live who got big off of this song...
They were hilarious live and were highly entertaining. We of course bought the Beer is good album and the new album Space Vampires VS. Zombie Dinosaurs in 3D. Got them signed and hung out with the band who were also just as nice. Especially the bassist Matty (AKA Moose!) a fellow Juggalo and overall nice guy. Whoop Whoop!

Check out this music video with a song from their new album...

And another favorite of mine...

And of course pics of us getting closer to the band...

Then came Mushroomhead! They are amazing live, Their set this year was amazing and getting to see them in their home town was nothing but inspiring! I have a large amount of respect for these guys and have been listening to them since at least the fifth grade!

Here check them out...

Then of course you've got to see their set this year!

We even got to see J Man play live with them! The original lead singer! Which was an amazing event for me!

We did get to meet the band and get autographs to. We got gold tickets so we were there for the meet and greet and even got to see them do sound check in person. Over all very over stimulating for me. Not to mention I finally acquired an official Mushroomhead mask!

Here pics...

And I even let Bandi try it on...

Over all the whole trip was really great and being able to share it with and inspire my cousin who is working to become a musician was really amazing. She got to see them play live in their town amongst the hardcore fans that made them who they are. She also got to see how they support independence and true art and give local bands a chance to open for them no matter what style or genre which is also very inspiring.

I want to thank all the bands who put so much work forth to entertain us fans. Who stay true to their art and never forget where they came from. You guys are truly f****g awesome! Respect!
